  This is one of my all-time favorites that I have listed. It is a beautiful 1923/1924 Solid 14 karat yellow gold filled Cushion Waltham. Think a minute what was happening in 1923/1924, we were in the greatest economic hardship that this country has ever faced. Who could afford this watch back the? It has a story that perhaps will never be told. Wrist watches were just starting to become socially accepted.
  
  
  Look at the watch carefully; no part of this watch went untouched. The dial was sent for a factory styled refinish with safe luminous material applied to have the dial and hands refinished.
  
  
  This is a 6/0 1923/1924 7 Jewel power plant that has just been serviced! It is 98 years young, yet it looks like a teenager.
  
  
  
  This watch has been carefully restored, I was careful to source only period correct parts where possible. I have been collection? It is very difficult to 14 karat yellow gold filled cases that do not show extreme case wear. The case does have a smaller footprint please keep that in mind
  
  
  The case measures approximately 30MM across. The case has been gently polished to bring out the luster that only gold fled can do. It has a bright finish as all the scratches and minor abrasions have been carefully removed. The watch looks like it could be in a jewelry store in 1924 for sale.
  
  
  The band is 15MM brand new padded black with white top stitching with a high polished stainless steel tang buckle.
  
  
  This movement has been serviced and keeps amazing time for a watch that is years young. It has a new crystal and mainspring as well. The stem and crown have been adjusted to make sure they operate smoothly. This is a 7 jewel 6/0 size
